My father is moving this week, and I have been over to his old house a few times after work during the evenings helping him get all of his things packed up for his move. Boy is moving one heck of an undertaking, and you always forget how crazy it was until you are there in the thick of it again! He is relocating from North Scottsdale to South Scottsdale, Arizona – and I am not that familiar with the area where his new house is. That’s okay, thanks to my Garmin GPS, finding dad’s new home tomorrow when I am helping him move will be easy as pie. He already emailed me the address, so all that I have to do is print that out from my computer and enter in the coordinates to my Garmin GPS, and it will do all of the rest. Prior to owning a Garmin GPS, I would have had to check with a free online map service, be subjected to viewing ads, and then have to print out the map and keep looking at the paper while driving; not safe! With my Garmin GPS, it just tells when to turn until I reach my destination: dad’s new pad!
