I haven’t been on a vacation since my children were born.  My oldest is turning six next month.  I know my husband is more than capable, but I still have some reservations about leaving him alone with the kids for three days. 
My girlfriends called with a last minute plan.  All of us girls were going to go to Vegas for a three day weekend.  We returned yesterday.  I came home to find that my husband had decided that our children each need a swivel tv wall mount. I checked over my children found no new bumps or bruises and went in search for my husband.  He was hiding out in the shed.  I open my mouth ready for an argument about the tv wall mount, when my husband turns around to show me a black eye and a couple of band aides on each hand.  First, I was concerned, then he explained the installation process for each tv wall mount.  After the laughter and tears stopped I managed to kiss all of his boo boos.  He then led me into the kids rooms to show me how “neat” the swivel tv wall mount is.
