My dad had a very, very hard year this year. I want to get him a really nice gift because of that. He deserves a great Christmas gift, so I'm thinking a new LCD HDTV would be perfect. He has a small one-bedroom apartment, so the LCD TV would save him a lot of room. Right now he still has an old tube-style television, which takes up a lot of space. It sits on a TV stand now, and that takes up a good chunk of his living room. He's pretty klutzy, so having one less piece of furniture to break his toes on is a good thing. He can hang the new LCD HDTV on the wall using a TV wall mount, and get rid of the TV stand all together. That will be so great for him, to save space and save his toes. Plus, the LCD HDTV has such an awesome picture compared to his old TV. He will love the clarity and picture when he watches his favorite shows and movies on it!
